Job summary

Lithia UK are seeking a Ford Technician to join Evans Halshaw Ford Bedford and support customers with high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. A joining bonus of £2,000* is offered, with a flexible 4-day working week option discussed at interview, plus options for 40 or 42.5 hours.

Basic salary ranges from £36,359 to £51,024, with OTE up to £55,254 and a 3-month guaranteed bonus. The role includes servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic work, as well as training opportunities and career

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience completing cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to confidently carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles.
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets.
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop.
