Evans Halshaw Omoda & Jaecoo Sunderland is recruiting as a Technician for a new Lithia UK store. The role offers a flexible 4‑day week based on a 45-hour week, with alternative 40 or 42.5-hour patterns available and discussed at interview. Basic salary up to £33,643 with OTE up to £36,073 and a £2,000 joining bonus.

The package includes 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, training and development, and opportunities to progress with the Lithia network of workshops and brands.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Experience completing cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Technical knowledge to repair and maintain customer vehicles.
• Experienced at working to high quality standards and targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Utilise workshop systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
