Job summary

TrustFord is recruiting an Automotive Technician in the Greater London area. You will deliver high-quality technical advice, service and maintenance to customers across our Ford aftersales network.

The role requires a valid driving licence and NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds) with MOT qualification preferred. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing development to keep skills current, including EV maintenance training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance.
• Full valid driving licence and NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent.
• MOT testing qualification and main dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to TrustFord customers.
• Participate in a 2-day residential induction academy at a Northampton venue.
• Support ongoing professional development, including IMI Level 3 training for EV maintenance.
