Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Lincoln is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a family-owned main dealership representing a leading automotive manufacturer. The role offers a £38,000 basic salary with a £46,000 OTE through a bonus scheme, and a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday mornings.

You’ll service and repair modern vehicles, using manufacturer diagnostics and maintaining high repair standards. Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic and a Level 2/3 qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Dealership experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Carrying out brake, suspension and engine repairs.
• Using manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment.
• Completing vehicle health checks and inspections.
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and repair procedures.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
