Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a JLR Technician for Stratstone with a joining bonus of £2,500. The role offers a competitive, uncapped earning potential and opportunities for specialist training, including EV, MOT, and F-Gas certifications.

You will work in a franchised dealership, delivering high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ideal candidates hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and a track record of meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a franchised dealership preferred.
• Ability to work to high quality standards and meet targets.
• Capable of using workshop systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles to required standards.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure safety and quality in all workshop activities.

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
