Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester for a busy workshop in King's Lynn. The role is permanent/full time with a 8.30am-5pm schedule, plus rota Saturdays. Salary £32,500 with £6,000 uncapped bonus.

You must be Level 3 qualified, hold a UK driving licence, and have MOT testing experience. The successful candidate will service, diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain high service standards, and communicate effectively with the service reception and

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
• Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
• Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.

Your Background & Skill:

• Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
• Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
