Perfect Placement is currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of a well-established automotive service centre in Grays, Essex. This role offers a competitive basic salary with high earning potential through uncapped bonuses and a supportive team environment.

The position features Monday to Friday 45 hours, alternating Saturdays, and clear career progression with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in the automotive industry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose faults efficiently to reduce vehicle downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating vehicle issues.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and workshop procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job sheets promptly.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
