Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Preston is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to service, maintain and repair a varied range of Ford vehicles. You’ll work to build your technical knowledge in a busy, supportive workshop environment.

Join a leading UK automotive brand with a £2,000 joining bonus for experienced technicians and flexible 4-day weeks. Basic salary up to £47,225 with OTE up to £51,455 and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Confidence using workshop tools and equipment to identify and repair common vehicle faults.
• A commitment to accurate workmanship, quality checks and working safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs across a varied range of Ford vehicles.
• Contribute to building your technical knowledge and expertise within a supportive workshop.

Flexible four-day working week available.

Salaries are based on a 45-hour week. Alternative 40 and 42.5-hour working patterns are available to discuss at interview.
