Perfect Placement in Brighton, East Sussex, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, contributing to high-quality customer care and technical excellence.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £38,000 per annum with uncapped OTE up to £45,000, plus structured career progression, ongoing training, modern facilities, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Level 3 automotive technician qualification.
• Experience in main dealer or similar environment.
• MOT tester accreditation preferred but not essential.
• Strong diagnostic, repair and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
