Job summary

Perfect Placement are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Vehicle Technician to join their well-established workshop in Sidcup. This role offers a varied workload and clear career development in a reputable dealership environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Vehicle Technician with Level 3 qualification and a strong background in servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs on prestige vehicles, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with approximately three to five years' post-apprenticeship experience.
• Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on prestige vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of prestige and other vehicles to high standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, including clutches, timing chains, and suspension components.
• Conducting PDI and sales preparation to ensure vehicles meet retail standards.
• Performing general mechanical repairs in accordance with OEM guidelines.
• Working independently to complete allocated jobs efficiently and safely.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Providing excellent customer service through high standards of workmanship.
