Perfect Placement UK Ltd is representing a reputable automotive dealership in Maidstone, Kent, seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £38,000, a 40-hour working week and excellent long-term career prospects within the motor trade.

You will service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, use diagnostic equipment to identify faults, complete MOT repairs, fit tyres and brakes, and keep accurate repair records.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role.
• Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment.

Responsabilités

• Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
• Completing MOT repairs and assessments.
• Fitting tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components and other mechanical parts.
• Carrying out fast-fit services, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
• Maintaining accurate repair records.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Advising customers on vehicle maintenance requirements and future repairs.

• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• A full UK driving licence
