The ideal candidate holds NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 and has strong diagnostic skills, with a commitment to ongoing training including hybrid/electric vehicle technology. A Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• Experience in a main dealer environment is desirable.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern vehicle systems.
• Full UK driving licence and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Carrying out routine services and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment following health and safety regulations.
• Liaising with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Completing service documentation accurately, including electronic job sheets and reports.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to uphold high-quality standards.
• Continuing professional development through manufacturer training, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
• Ensuring work is completed within specified deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Full UK driving licence
