Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic in Gravesend. You will join a reputable dealership and work to your own initiative, with a competitive base salary and potential OTE up to £42,000.

The role involves servicing, repairs, diagnostics, MOT testing, and maintaining records in line with company policies. A 45-hour week with Saturday mornings on a rota is expected, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or equivalent.
• Own tools are required.
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician.

Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles.
• Follow Manufacturer and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify faults.
• Carry out MOT testing.
• Document servicing and repair information per company policies.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a reputable Dealership, located in Gravesend.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Competitive basic salary of £33,600 per annum

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting Servicing & Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• Adhering to both Manufacturer & Health & Safety Guidelines
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• MOT Testing
• Documenting information about Servicing & Repairing – ensuring it meets company policies.

Requirements:

• Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 Qualification, or equivalent
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• You should have your own tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence

The salary of this role is up to £33,600 basic with OTE of £42,000.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are 45 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on rota.
