Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for the Northfleet/Gravesend/Dartford/Chatham area of Kent. You will repair and service motor vehicles, diagnose faults, and road test when needed. The role offers ongoing manufacturer training, including online and off-site modules, with the potential to advance skills and qualifications.

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic is required; MOT Licence is beneficial. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
• Examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects or additional faults.
• Maintain high technical knowledge for diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
• Complete full manufacturer training annually, which is paid for.
• Training includes online and off-site modules on new technology and models.

Duties to include:

• – Undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles
• – Examine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects, or additional faults either in the workshop or during road tests
• – Achieve and maintain high technical knowledge and skill set for diagnosing and servicing vehicles
• – Full manufacturer training provided annually, which is all paid for
• – The latest manufacturer training will include new technology and model training through modules both online and off site training
