Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar automotive role.
• Full, valid UK driving licence is required for this role.
• MOT Licence would be advantageous.
• Experience using modern workshop equipment and diagnostic systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and identify repair solutions using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle health checks and ensure quality standards.
• Use workshop systems and manufacturer-approved procedures.
• Work efficiently to hit productivity targets without compromising workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records and follow health and safety procedures.
• Support the aftersales team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

We are recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join our busy main dealer in Milton Keynes. This Vehicle Technician opportunity offers a competitive salary, uncapped earning potential, modern workshop facilities and genuine career development.

• Basic salary of £35,700 plus bonus, with an OTE of £43,200 as a Vehicle Technician.
• Uncapped earning potential, with bonus guaranteed for the first three months.

Duties

• A full, valid UK driving licence is required for thisVehicle Technician role.
• An MOT Licence would be advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to complete repairs safely and confidently.
• Experience working to high standards of workmanship and productivity.
• The ability to use modern workshop equipment, diagnostic systems and repair technologies.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for the automotive industry.
