Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a busy dealership in Maidstone. The role offers a strong earning potential with a competitive bonus, ongoing manufacturer training and real career progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, diagnose faults, perform health checks and keep thorough workshop records. A full UK driving licence is required.

£34,000 - £46,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying any additional work required.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Maintaining accurate workshop records and following dealership procedures.
• Working closely with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
