Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Maidstone, Kent, with a basic salary up to £40,000 and a monthly bonus structure that can bring OTE to £50,000. The role runs Monday to Friday 08:00–17:30 with 30 minutes lunch, and 1 in 3 Saturdays is required with additional payment.

The dealership offers training and development within a supportive group. You will work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership handling both passenger and commercial vehicles, with a strong local reputation

Qualifications

• Previous motor trade experience within a Vehicle Technician role or similar is essential.
• An MOT Testing licence would be favourable but not essential.
• Good communication skills and willingness to keep technical knowledge updated.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
• Conducting vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
• Completing work within given timeframes and to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work completed.
• Participating in manufacturer training programs to develop skills.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
