Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician in Lincoln. The role involves servicing, maintenance, diagnosing faults and performing components repairs within a busy workshop environment.

You will work a 45-hour week, on a rota including weekends, with progression opportunities and strong development support. A competitive basic salary up to £36,816 plus OTE up to £43,000 awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years workshop experience.
• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Reliable work history with consistent attendance.
• Own a well-stocked toolbox suitable for workshop duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and general maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and complete fault-finding tasks.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension and clutch components.
• Perform cambelt replacements.
• Maintain accurate digital job card write-ups.
