Job summary

A position for a Vehicle Technician in Hertford is open at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The role offers up to £42,000 base plus bonus, with OTE up to £50,000 and uncapped earnings potential.

You will join a team with world-class training, a supportive culture, and clear career progression. Hours are 45 per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rotation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets.
• Team-focused, with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards.
• Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy.
• Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required.
• Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business.
• Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations.
• Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise.
