Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a franchised dealership.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify faults accurately.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and efficiently using specialised diagnostic equipment.
• Complete work to manufacturer specifications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
• Support team colleagues and contribute to overall dealership performance.
• Maintain high productivity levels, with targets exceeding 125%.
