AUTOVISION? Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Haverfordwest is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join a multi-franchised dealer group with 100 years of history.

The role involves servicing, repairs, MOT testing and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, with paperwork completed to high standards. You should be fully qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and hold a current UK driving licence, and bring your own toolkit.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a multi-franchised Car Dealership, located in Haverfordwest.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• - Up to £15-18 per hour pending experience & training levels.
• - Access to a labour sales-based bonus scheme/ providing a bonus of circa £3,600 per annum.
• - Optional overtime paid at time and a half rate.
• - 29 days annual leave allowance (including the bank holidays).
• - Access to full in-house and manufacturer-approved training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• - Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• - MOT Testing
• - Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• - Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements:

• - A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• - Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician – ideally within a franchise-approved Dealership.
• - A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• - Dedicated and committed approach.
• - Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• - Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The hourly salary of this role is up to £15-18 per hour, plus a productivity bonus scheme worth over £300 per month.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday (08:30:17:00), with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (08:30:12:30), paid additionally at time and half.
