Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Frome is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic for a dealership. You will service, repair and diagnose a variety of vehicles and contribute to high standards of workmanship.

Starting salary up to £42,000 per annum, with a performance bonus, optional overtime, manufacturer training on ICE and hybrid/EV, pension, 30 days holiday and extra benefits. Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday overtime.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current UK driving licence.
• Own toolkit for vehicle servicing and repair.
• Commitment and passion for the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Perform MOT testing and diagnostic testing to identify faults.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed to high standards.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a dealership located in Frome.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Starting salary up to £42,000 per annum pending experience/qualifications.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements:

• A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £42000 basic.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
