Perfect Placement UK Ltd in North London is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive garage. You will diagnose faults, service vehicles and deliver high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a competitive £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of £60,000, a Monday to Friday 8:00–17:30 pattern, and 1-in-4 Saturdays 8:00–13:00, plus ongoing training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role.
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
• Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults efficiently and accurately.
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing on various makes and models.
• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
• Maintaining detailed reports of work carried out for quality assurance.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical advice when required.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
