Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Senior Vehicle Technician for a well-established dealership in Gravesend. You will join a busy franchise and contribute to technical excellence and exceptional customer service.

The role offers £37,000–£58,000 with a guaranteed £46,000 for the first 3 months, along with 30 days of annual leave plus holidays. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and dealership experience are preferred.

Duties

• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Carry out routine maintenance, including servicing and safety checks
• Complete accurate documentation of work performed
• Support the workshop team to meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets as a Senior Vehicle Technician
• Ensure warranty and safety procedures are followed diligently
• Achieve Master Technician accreditation with the franchise
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Minimum of three years' experience working in a dealership or reputable garage
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive with attention to detail and customer-focused approach
• Previous experience as a Senior or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a mechanical workshop setting
