Job summary

A reputable Dealership in Gravesend is recruiting an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic. You will join a supportive team, working 45 hours per week with Saturday rota, and progress through ongoing training and career development opportunities.

The role offers a competitive basic salary of £33,600 per annum with OTE up to £42,000, plus employee discounts on parts, services and MOTs, and company benefits including life assurance and private health cover.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Own tools and Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Servicing & Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• Adhering to Manufacturer & Health & Safety Guidelines
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults
• MOT Testing
• Documenting information about Servicing & Repairing – ensuring it meets company policies

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a reputable Dealership, located in Gravesend.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting Servicing & Repairs to a variety of Vehicles

Requirements:

• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• You should have your own tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence

The salary of this role is up to £33,600 basic with OTE of £42,000.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are 45 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on rota.
