Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bromley, Kent is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician to join a well-established family‑run dealership. You will service and repair a variety of vehicles, perform MOT testing and diagnostics, and ensure paperwork is completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate holds Level 2 NVQ Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, has dealership experience, a valid UK driving licence, own tools, and a passionate, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership setting.
• Current and valid UK Driving Licence.
• Own vehicle repair tools provided by you.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing and repairs to a variety of vehicles.
• MOT testing.
• Performing diagnostic testing using advanced equipment.
• Ensuring paperwork is completed to the highest standards.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a well-established family-run Car Dealership located in Bromley, Kent.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults, using advanced equipment.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Level 2 NVQ Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
• Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician in a Dealership setting.
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £50,000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 45 Hours per week; Monday - Friday + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings on a rota.
