Job summary

Vehicle Technician in Glasgow is sought by a leading main dealer group to service and maintain a range of vehicles, diagnose faults, and carry out MOT duties if qualified. The role offers an up to £47,000 base salary with uncapped bonuses, a £3,000 productivity bonus, and potential overtime to boost earnings.

The position features a 4-day working week option or standard 5-day pattern, with on-site hours starting 8:30am and a rota for Saturday mornings. OTE exceeds £56k DOE and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering Level 3 (or equivalent). Level 2 considered with main dealer experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
• Perform MOT testing duties if qualified.

Salary Up to £47,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Efficiency Bonus + Overtime OTE £56,656 DOE & Qualifications

Days Monday Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, Saturday mornings on a rota, 40 hours per week or choose a 4 day working week (Mon Thur or Tue Fri, 42 hours per week).

Vehicle Technician Role

Vehicle Technician Requirements
