Evans Halshaw Ford Manchester Commercials is seeking a Ford Technician. You will benefit from a joining bonus of £2,000 and a flexible 4-day working week option with a 40 or 42.5 hour week discussed at interview.

Basic salary starts from £36,717 to £39,479 with OTE £39,777 to £42,539 and uncapped earning potential. The role includes a 3-month guaranteed bonus, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday, and exclusive employee discounts.

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with cam belt and clutch replacements.
• Technician must be able to work to high quality standards and safety protocols.
• Technical knowledge to confidently repair and maintain customer vehicles.

FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week

• OTE from £39,777 up to £42,539, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
• PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Experience of completing cam belt and clutch replacements
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
• Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
