Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Vehicle Technician for a reputable Exeter dealership. You will join a busy workshop, delivering servicing, diagnostics and repairs across various makes and models in a supportive team.

This role offers ongoing training pathways, a modern workshop with advanced diagnostic tools, and a competitive salary with clear progression toward Master Technician status. Working hours are 8:30–17:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
• ATA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general servicing, diagnostics and repair work across multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to health and safety standards within a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Manage workshop workflow to meet daily targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and work completed to accreditation standards.
