Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established workshop in Cambridge. You will diagnose and repair faults, service vehicles and ensure paperwork is accurate.

The role offers a starting salary of £38,387 with a bonus scheme (OTE up to £46,000) and manufacturer training. You will work within a supportive team and have long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in franchised or similar workshop setting.
• Strong diagnostics skills and ability to work to manufacturer guidelines.
• Willingness to develop skills through manufacturer-led training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and inspections in line with manufacturer procedures.
• Complete job cards and related paperwork with quality and accuracy.
• Support workshop productivity by maintaining tool and parts availability and meeting time targets.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with company and manufacturer standards.

• Ideally qualified to Master Technician, MOT Tester, or Technician level
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work well within a team while managing own workload effectively
• Willingness to continuously develop skills through manufacturer-led training
