Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy Brighton workshop. You will service, diagnose, maintain and repair a range of vehicles to high standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, strong diagnostic abilities, and a Full UK driving licence. You will work in a supportive, modern workshop with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional work required.
• Conduct vehicle health checks and prepare reports.
• Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a productive workshop environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday rota as required.
