Qualifications

• Relevant automotive qualification such as NVQ Level 3.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a main dealership or recognized garage.
• Own set of automotive tools suitable for professional repairs.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnosis, repairs, and servicing on various vehicles.
• Carry out complex and routine repairs focusing on quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Offer professional advice and updates to customers.

• Carry out complex and routine repairs with a focus on first-time fix and quality assurance
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
• Offer professional advice and updates to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard within designated timeframes
