Vehicle Technician - Blaydon

Our client, a nationally renowned commercial vehicle specialist, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team in Blaydon.

Job Details

• Basic starting salary c. £36,000
• OTE of £41,940
• Hours: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours) / Saturday mornings on a Rota basis
• Overtime available at time and a half
• Work with a great client in a varied role
• The successful candidate will need a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance or City and Guilds equivalent
• Upskill and gain a qualification in Electric & Hybrid vehicle repair

Role Responsibilities

• Use technical knowledge to work on electrical and mechanical systems for light commercial vehicles
• Ensure customer vehicles are repaired efficiently and returned to the road promptly
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Complete work to DVSA standards
• Participate in training and development courses

Candidate Requirements

• Successfully completed Level 2 certification
