Vehicle Technician

Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00 (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Up to £32,000-£34,000 & OTE up to £42,600

Charles Hurst Peugeot, Belfast, is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join their workshop. You will work alongside experienced technicians, performing vehicle health checks, services, and repairs. Reporting to Noel Hamilton, the Aftersales Manager, you will receive ongoing support, training, and career progression opportunities, including manufacturer accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology
• Conduct vehicle services according to manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
• Perform additional repairs with customer authorization
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines and documentation
• Road test vehicles to ensure faults are rectified
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have workshop experience, be self-motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and work to high standards. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are required. MOT licence is a plus. Experience with the brand is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided.
