Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician in Barking to maintain and repair our hire fleet, ensuring safety and legal compliance for customers.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 2 Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, or a fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic. A rewarding role with substantial overtime and progression opportunities in a busy, UK-wide vehicle rental company.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Technician qualification with at least 3 years’ experience as a technician/mechanic or be fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safe, legally compliant hire fleet.
• Perform routine servicing and fault diagnosis as required.
