Job summary

Job description

We have set the salary for this vacancy up to £49,000 who has sights on being one of our top technicians who can earn £70,000. The package is negotiable for the very best candidates. Currently we are looking for a full-time experienced vehicle technician for a busy multi-vehicle repair workshop. You will play an important part in our businesses, leading from the front, contributing to a thriving multi-vehicle repair network that values skill, initiative and professional growth.

We are a well-established growing business with 2 MOT and repair workshops in Andover, 1 MOT and repair workshop in Salisbury and a tyre and repair workshop in Winchester. We are currently working hard to secure our fifth site. Our business depends on bringing high-quality technicians into our workshops.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful applicant will be able to carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding. In addition, they will be experienced in the majority of vehicle servicing and repairs and hold an MOT Licence (although prefered not essential as training will be available for the right candidate within a 12 month period).

Qualifications and Skills

The successful applicant will be an experienced technician with commercial experience in a working garage for a minimum of 5 years. They will be highly efficient and detail-orientated, able to deliver top quality work at a fast pace. A full driving licence is required. An MOT testing licence would be preferable but is not essential.

Package

We offer a highly competitive salary of up to £49,000 dependant on skill set and experience. A generous pension scheme is available to all employees.

We offer 20 days annual leave each year in addition to all bank holidays. We will never work on a bank holiday or a Sunday.
