Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Vehicle Service Technician in Dundee to carry out interim, full and major services and related repair work. You’ll handle tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension among other tasks in a busy Autocentre environment.

The role offers a base salary around £33,000 with an uncapped bonus scheme and on-target earnings up to £37,700 per year, plus extensive staff discounts and benefits. Hybrid training and qualifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and follow-up repair work.
• Perform tyre, brake, transmission, steering and suspension tasks as required.
