Job summary

Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician in the UK to perform interim, full and major services along with follow-up repair and replacement work such as tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension. You will contribute to a highly active workshop and benefit from extensive training and progression opportunities.

This role offers an uncapped bonus scheme on top of a base salary, with a total on-target earnings up to £37,700 per year, plus a generous benefits package and a focus on

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and related follow-up repairs.
• Perform tyre, brake, transmission, steering and suspension work as required.
• Carry out replacement work and related maintenance tasks as part of service duties
