We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at Skoda Hull.

About You

We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and being able to maximise every opportunity. You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care, with experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.

Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.

Main Purpose of Job Role

• Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with F.C.A. compliance
• To ensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with F.C.A. Regulations
• To carry out a self audit on a monthly basis
• To contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.

Hours

41.5 hours a week, in line with site rota to meet needs of the business.

5 day week, Monday - Friday 9am-6.30pm, alternate Saturday 9am-5pm.
