Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their existing team.

Vehicle Sales Administrator Role:

• Prepare month-end analyses of all sales invoices for calculating sales commissions and file invoices
• Complete taxation forms related to applications and refunds, raising cheques for sign-off as required
• Ensure all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and take necessary actions for vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles
• Locate sold orders not in stock and arrange transfers and payments, notifying sales personnel of any anticipated shortfalls
• Process requests for vehicle transfers out, ensuring documentation is complete, vehicles are removed from stock lists, and payments are received
• Monitor vehicle deliveries to ensure they match orders and update vehicle stock records accordingly
• Prepare general correspondence as needed

As a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you:

• Must be highly organized, flexible, and able to prioritize workload effectively
