Job summary

VW Stratford-Upon-Avon is seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator to support the retail sales team in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role runs 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £32,000 plus a monthly bonus and an OTE of £34,400.

You will process vehicle orders, tax vehicles, and coordinate finance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Training is provided for those with relevant administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is advantageous.
• Strong administrative skills are essential.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Process customers' vehicle orders and related administration.
• Tax vehicles, collate finance paperwork and track orders.
• Manage workload, prioritise tasks and liaise between customers and internal teams.
