Belfast Land Rover, part of the Charles Hurst group, is seeking a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor in Belfast. The role supports the sales function by organising vehicles on site, loading the online showroom, and handling vehicle collection and delivery with a high standard of presentation.

Ideal candidates are organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable with social media basics and IT tasks. A full clean driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Taking and loading pictures, prices and vehicle descriptions onto the online showroom daily.
• Creating CitNOW videos for customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to present them well for customers.
• Overseeing social media accounts and tracking responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
• Ensuring site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Vehicle Progressor

Location: Belfast Land Rover

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

40 hours hours per week (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm)

Salary £27,000 per annum

Here at Belfast Land Rover we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator/ Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand!

Your sales team will consist of Sales Executives, a Showroom Manager & Sales Manager. As a Site Co-Ordinator/ Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Excitingly, part of the role is to load and maintain our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily. These will be used on our website and across our social media accounts.

• CitNOW videos for our customers.
• Organising vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers.
• Oversee our social media accounts and track responses.
• Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
• Ensureboth the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced premium environment and working well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes. A full clean driving licence is a must for this role
