Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford is seeking a proactive Vehicle Progressor to oversee the journey of each vehicle from arrival to customer handover. You will photograph and advertise vehicles online, manage showroom presentation, and coordinate with the valet team to ensure premium presentation for viewings and handovers.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and experience with CRM systems or online vehicle listings.

About The Role

Vehicle Progress Chaser

Full-time | 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday only

At MarshallJaguar Land Rover Oxfordwe’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle Progressor to support the smooth running of one of the UK’s most respected automotive retailers.

In this role:

• You’ll manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival at the dealership through to customer handover, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Executives in delivering a seamless sales process.
• You’ll take ownership of photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, managing showroom presentation, and coordinating with valet teams.
• You’ll also be responsible for key storage, appraising used car stock, and ensuring everything is prepared and presented to a high standard – ready for customer viewings or handovers.

We're looking for:

• Someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
• Someone with a team player attitude, who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and always uphold dealership standards.
• Someone comfortable working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience in using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure a premium customer experience on the forecourt.
