Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Lincoln is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. You will guide customers from first enquiry to handover across premium vehicles, ensuring the right solution, whether new, used, or financed, is found with a high level of service.

You will thrive in a target-driven environment, communicate effectively, and represent a trusted brand that offers a competitive package and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting.

Responsibilities

Car Sales Executive - Premium

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Lincoln

£27,000 basic | £50,000+ OTE (uncapped) + company car & first month guaranteed earnings of £3,333; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car purchase, servicing & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis
