Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Bodyshop Prepper.
• Strong knowledge of sanding, masking, priming, and prep techniques.
• Experience within a body shop, accident repair centre, or automotive workshop.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding, filling, and priming.
• Carry out vehicle prep, paint preparation, and surface correction.
• Remove scratches, dents, and minor imperfections prior to painting.
• Work closely with Paint Sprayers to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Use body shop tools such as sanders, polishers, and prep equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
