Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a proactive team member to help move vehicles between Sales and Service, ensuring they are prepared and ready for handovers at Volvo, Stoke-on-Trent. You will collect and deliver cars, coordinate tests, photograph stock for marketing, and demonstrate features to customers.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication, and detail orientation. Training is provided, with a bonus scheme and employee perks in a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a professional, positive and can-do attitude.
• Have good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Enjoy driving and working with vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles across the site and to local locations as required.
• Liaise between the Sales and Service departments to keep vehicle preparation on track.
• Organise vehicles for customer test drives and handovers.
• Photograph vehicle stock for marketing purposes.
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers when required.
• Keep vehicle movements and preparation progress organised and up to date.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and professionally.
• Support the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
