Holdcroft Motor Group in Oldham is seeking a proactive Driver & Dealership Support Specialist to join our busy service department. You will collect and deliver customer vehicles, ensuring safe, timely and careful handling, while supporting service teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, be reliable, punctual and well organised, with good communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.

• Attention to detail when handling vehicles and paperwork.
• Previous experience in a similar driving role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles to and from homes, workplaces and other locations as required.
• Ensure customer vehicles are driven safely and handled with care at all times.
• Work closely with the service department to coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicle movements are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Complete any necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide a friendly and professional service when interacting with customers.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage.
• Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations.
