Job summary

Command in Peterborough is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy vehicle preparation centre. You will prepare vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for paint and final presentation in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This full-time role offers weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 6 am–2:30 pm) with paid overtime and opportunities for long-term development within a growing team committed to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a vehicle prepper or bodyshop role.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.
• Consistent and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ensuring all vehicles meet high-quality preparation standards.
• Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Supporting the bodyshop team to meet daily targets.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
