Auto Skills UK is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer in Cirencester to prepare, colour-match, and refinish vehicles to the highest standards. You will operate modern spray booths and water-based systems within a busy accident repair centre, ensuring safety and efficiency in every repair.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Paint Technician, with City & Guilds or equivalent preferred, and a strong eye for colour and finish.

Paint Sprayer

Location: Cirencester
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (42.5 Hours Per Week)

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing, colour matching and refinishing vehicles to an exceptional standard, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer specifications.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels ready for the paint process.
• Mix and colour-match paints to achieve a flawless finish.
• Apply water-based paints using modern spray equipment.
• Carry out high-quality refinishing work from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Paint Technician within a busy bodyshop.
• Proven experience working with water-based paint systems.
• A City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle refinishing techniques.
