Job summary

WJF Technical Support LTD. in Birmingham is seeking a Mechanical Support to join our client's Engineering Team. You will assist in repairing vehicles, ensuring safety regulations and company standards are met, with a hands-on approach and a drive to perform at a high level.

Role includes managing routine services, bus allocations, and maintaining documentation in line with procedures. A PSV/BUS licence is required to operate on our fleet and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• PSV/BUS licence required.
• Experience in vehicle repairs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage service duties through bus allocations, changeovers and garage plans.
• Carry out routine services including oil changes quickly and efficiently to manufacturers and specialist standards.
• Conduct road wheel changes.
• Repair minor defects as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained according to Company procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and conform to Safety, Health, Environment and Fire Regulations.

Opportunity to join our clients Engineering Team as a Mechanical Support.

Day shifts start at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM (no 6:00 AM starts required)

As a fundamental member of the team your role will involve assisting with the repair of vehicles, ensuring regulations and company standards are continuously met.

You will have a mechanical interest, with previous experience, the drive to succeed and a passion to get stuck in.
